Information You Provide

The Application acquires information you supply when you download and register the Application. Registration is not mandatory, but some features may require it. The Service Provider may use this information to contact you with important notices and marketing promotions.

Some Applications (for example, Color Boom) include an online leaderboard feature. If you choose to set a display name there, that name and your score are stored and displayed publicly to other players within that Application. This information is transmitted to and processed by Unity Gaming Services (UGS), which operates the leaderboard infrastructure for Applications that use it. You can change your display name at any time from within the Application, where available.

Information Collected Automatically

The Application may collect certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

  • The type of mobile device you use
  • Your mobile device's unique device ID
  • The IP address of your mobile device
  • Your mobile operating system
  • The type of mobile Internet browser you use
  • Information about the way you use the Application

This may include your Google Advertising ID (GAID) or an equivalent identifier, used by advertising and analytics partners to personalize ads and measure ad performance — this is separate from your device's hardware identifiers and can be reset or limited from your device's ad settings.

Advertising Freemium

The Application displays advertisements served by third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests and usage. The following ad service providers may collect data:

  • Google AdMob

Where required by applicable law (including EU/UK GDPR and ePrivacy rules), the Application will request your consent — through a certified consent-management platform — before enabling personalized advertising or non-essential ad-related data processing. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the in-app privacy settings or your device's ad settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

In-App Purchases Freemium

The Application offers optional in-app purchases processed securely through Google Play. The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment information — all transactions are handled by Google Play's payment system under their own privacy policy and terms.

All purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

Location

This Application does not gather precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Artificial Intelligence

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application. The Application uses third-party services with their own Privacy Policies:

  • Google Play Services
  • Google AdMob — an advertising mediation platform that may collect your Advertising ID and work with a broader network of third-party ad-technology partners to serve ads; a current list of AdMob's partners is available at support.google.com/admob/answer/9012903
  • Unity Gaming Services (UGS) — for Applications with a leaderboard, operates it; your display name and score are stored on UGS servers
  • Unity Technologies — crash diagnostics and, where used, Unity Analytics telemetry (device information, session length, in-app events)

The Service Provider may disclose your information:

  • As required by law (e.g. to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process)
  • When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
  • With trusted service providers who have agreed to adhere to this privacy statement

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information to third parties.

International Data Transfers

The Application is used by players around the world, and the third-party services listed above (Google, Unity) may store and process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, these providers rely on recognized safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect data transferred internationally. By using the Application, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with data protection laws different from those in your own country.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, the Service Provider processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Contract — to provide the core features of the Application you use, such as saving your progress or, where available, displaying a leaderboard.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the Application secure, prevent fraud, and understand how the Application is used so it can be improved.
  • Consent — for personalized advertising, where required by your device settings or applicable law.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is required to comply with the law.

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar protections, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data the Service Provider holds about you
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erase your data (see Data Retention & Account Deletion)
  • Restrict or object to certain processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (e.g. personalized ads)
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see How to File a Complaint)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Contact Us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe and in any event within the period required by applicable law.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — the Service Provider does not sell your personal information, and does not knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond what is described in the Advertising section
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

You can submit a request by contacting us using the details in Contact Us.

Do Not Track

Some mobile operating systems and browsers include a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how such signals should be interpreted, the Application does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still control ad personalization through your device's ad settings as described in the Advertising section.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

User-provided data is retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected data is retained for up to 24 months.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — either directly in the app (profile icon → Account → Delete Account) or by email. Full instructions, including what to include in your email so we can locate your account quickly, are on our Account Deletion page.

Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for a general audience and is not designed or marketed to appeal primarily to children. Its Google Play "Target audience and content" declaration does not include an under-13 age bracket. If you are under 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your country, which may be higher — e.g. up to 16 in some EU member states), you may not create an account or provide personal information, and should only use the Application, if at all, under a parent or guardian's supervision.

Under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If the Service Provider becomes aware it has inadvertently collected such information, it will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to the Application, and want it removed, should contact trirongames@gmail.com.

If the target audience or advertising configuration of any Application changes to include children, in accordance with Google Play's Families Policy, the Service Provider will additionally: restrict advertising shown to that audience to non-personalized, contextual ads only; not enable behavioral or interest-based advertising for that audience; and limit data collection from that audience to what is strictly necessary to operate the Application.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Access is limited to authorized employees and contractors. No security system can prevent all potential breaches, but we strive to maintain reasonable security at all times.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes. You are advised to review this page regularly.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as described in this Privacy Policy. "Processing" includes collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.

How to File a Complaint

If you have a concern or complaint about how your personal data has been handled:

  1. Contact us first. Email trirongames@gmail.com with a description of your concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 7 business days and resolve them as quickly as possible.
  2. Escalate if unresolved. If you're not satisfied with our response, and you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are located elsewhere, you may contact the consumer protection or data protection authority applicable in your jurisdiction, or the app marketplace (Google Play) support channel.
